Each GENTLM piece comes with a blockchain-verified NFT twin as proof of authenticity and ownership.
NFTs are released 30 days after delivery, once the return period has passed, and you’ll receive a secure link to claim it.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Exchanges depend on availability.
Once the NFT is claimed, the item becomes non-returnable.
Do I need a crypto wallet to claim my NFT?
Yes. You’ll need a digital wallet (e.g., MetaMask) to claim your NFT.
We’ll send step-by-step instructions when your claim link becomes available.
Can I still wear my GENTLM piece if I don’t claim the NFT?
Absolutely. The NFT is optional and doesn’t affect your garment. However, claiming it secures your place in the GENTLM archive and future member benefits.
