1. Overview
These Terms govern your use of the GENTLM website and purchases from our store. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms in full.

2. Terms of Sale
All products are sold subject to availability.
Prices include VAT (where applicable).
Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. This does not signify acceptance until the order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3. Return & NFT Release Policy
Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please email contact@gentlm.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
We do not refund original shipping costs unless the item was defective.
Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
NFT Release
Each GENTLM garment includes a digital twin (NFT) that certifies ownership and authenticity.
To protect the integrity of our limited releases, NFTs are only issued after the 30-day return period has passed and the item has not been returned.
Once the NFT has been released and claimed, the item becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.
This policy ensures that only the rightful owner of the physical garment receives its digital twin.

4. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
We do not refund original shipping costs unless the item was defective.

5. Intellectual Property
All content — including designs, logos, text, graphics, and media — is the property of GENTLM or licensed appropriately. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

By completing a purchase, you confirm:

You understand any delivery times are estimates and may vary.
You have verified the accuracy of your order, including shipping details.
